Description

We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Videographer to join our dynamic team. The Senior Videographer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of video production, from conceptualization to final editing. This role requires a high level of expertise in cinematography, camera operation, lighting, and sound. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team of videographers and editors.

Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate video shoots, including scheduling, location scouting, and equipment setup.

Operate professional video cameras, and other equipment to capture footage.

Provide creative direction and guidance during filming to ensure the vision is achieved.

Edit raw footage into polished videos using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).

Incorporate music, graphics, and effects to enhance videos and maintain brand consistency.

Supervise and mentor junior videographers and editors, providing constructive feedback and training.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to maintain cutting-edge video production capabilities.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Senior Videographer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and technical skills.

Proficiency in video editing software and equipment operation (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, DSLR cameras, lighting setups).

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues.
