Job Summary
City Point Hotel is seeking a skilled and reliable AC Technician to oversee the installation, repair, and ongoing maintenance of all heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and refrigeration systems across the property. This role ensures uninterrupted guest comfort, optimal climate control in guest rooms and public areas, and efficient operation of hotel cooling units.
Key Responsibilities
• Routine Servicing: Perform preventive maintenance (PPM) on split, ducted-split, package units, chillers, and FCUs across guest rooms, offices, and venue spaces.
• Diagnostics & Repair: Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults, repair refrigerant leaks, replace faulty compressors, and adjust controls.
• Work Order Response: Respond promptly to guest complaints and housekeeping or front desk tickets regarding temperature control.
• System Monitoring: Monitor daily operation of HVAC plant systems, cooling towers, and ventilation equipment.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to technical safety standards, proper handling of refrigerants, and environmental control regulations.
Requirements
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience as an AC Technician, ideally within the hospitality sector or commercial building maintenance.
