We are seeking a reliable and experienced Heavy Bus Driver to transport staff safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a strong safety record, excellent driving skills, and a friendly and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a heavy bus for transporting staff to and from designated locations.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the bus.
• Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the bus.
• Handle emergencies and report incidents promptly.
• Keep accurate records of routes, schedules, and maintenance.

Requirements:

• Valid heavy vehicle driver’s license
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in driving heavy buses.
• Clean driving record.
• Knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Basic mechanical knowledge for minor bus maintenance.
