Sales Engineer (Fire Safety Industry)

Company Overview:

We are a respected leader in the fire safety industry, dedicated to providing top-quality fire extinguishers and services. We are expanding our team and seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to contribute to our growth.

Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:
• Prospect and identify new business opportunities including projects for fire extinguishers, inspection services, and recharges.
• Develop strong client relationships, understanding their fire safety needs, and proposing suitable solutions.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations showcasing the benefits of our products and services.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, consistently surpassing sales targets.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling related fire safety products and services.
Technical Expertise:
• Conduct comprehensive fire safety assessments to recommend appropriate fire extinguisher types and quantities for client facilities.
• Deliver fire extinguisher training to clients, ensuring they are proficient in operation and maintenance procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fire codes and regulations to ensure client compliance.
Service & Support:
• Schedule and perform fire extinguisher inspections and maintenance services.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Address client inquiries and concerns regarding fire safety and extinguisher maintenance.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Uphold a professional and positive company image, embodying integrity in all interactions.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company policies.
• Contribute to the development and execution of effective sales strategies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in fire extinguisher sales and service or related fields.
• Strong familiarity with fire codes and regulations (NFPA standards preferred).
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Customer service-oriented with a commitment to client satisfaction.
• A valid driver's license is required.
