Security Guard Company Operations Manager.

Job Summary:
Responsible for setting up Policies, management regulations, operations, safety, security, training, maintenance, expansion, short- & long-term staff planning, and other administrative/supervisory direction of all activities at the security guard’s company.


Main duties and key responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for the administrative & operational management of the security guard’s personnel-related projects.
• Responsible for compliance of laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations governing the Security Operations and protocols.
• Compile regular reports on issues and on revenues along with recommendations for changes in operations.
• Manage and develop the business for security guards. Concise and timely upkeep of project schedules, milestones reports, and other project-related matters.
• Manage/schedule resources to meet plan deliverables, Identify, recruit, train, and certify operations team members. Training of staff in relation to security activities and safety.
• Undertake any other duties in relation to the job scope as assigned by your management from time to time. Knowledge:
• At least 5 years experience in a similar position with extensive experience in managing, and developing security guard facilities and the ability to demonstrate enthusiasm and determination to help the business fulfill its potential. Previous experience in this field is mandatory.
• A proven track record & suitable academic qualifications and the ability to handle multiple locations in Bahrain.
• Excellent people management and communications skills.
• The position is required to work a varied schedule that may include weekends and public holidays. Requirements:
• Should possess experience running as an Operation Manager
• Should possess strong analytical and interpersonal qualities, and be able to offer strategic and creative solutions to challenges. Have an excellent visual sense, and meticulous with an eye for detail.
• Able to multi-task and work within tight deadlines with good organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership, resourceful proactive, and always positive if your profile matches the job's criteria.
