Description

Required an Executive Secretary for the Sales and Marketing Division, reporting to General Manager for Export Sales.
Experience : not less than 5 years
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree Management/Accounts
Other requirements: should know Microsoft Office and power point.
and be able to make presentation with power point or any other equivalent.

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Planning coordinates and schedule meetings.
2. Document and file records / registers and data management.
3. Receiving mails and correspondence replying to the same.
4. Drafting letters and taking dictations.
5. To fix up appointments, planning and scheduling meetings and managing calendar.
6. Maintaining confidential information.
7. Maintaining MIS reports as required.
8. Arranging air tickets and hotel bookings.
9. Preparing the costing of different products.
