- Proven experience as a gaffer or similar role(newbies are also welcomed)
- Strong understanding of lighting and camera equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot and maintain gear
- Excellent organizational and teamwork skills

- Collaborate with the production team to achieve desired visual effects
