As a Retail Salesman and IT Technician, you will be the face of our store, helping customers with their purchases and providing expert advice on our range of products. Your technical skills will also be put to use as you diagnose and repair laptops and desktops, ensuring customer satisfaction and trust in our services.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, providing product information and recommendations
• Handle indoor sales
• Maintain a clean and organized record of sales
• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on laptops and desktops
• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades
• Maintain inventory and manage stock levels
