Description

Looking for Operation Manager with experience in Bahrain or KSA to manage and direct all aspects of sales outlet activities of the company. The Operation Manager will be responsible to run and develop day-to- day operation, administration and commercial in line with the company business strategy.

Main Accountabilities:
? Leading the operations teams towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth.
? Managing the operation using efficient process, controls and feedback systems high standards and within minimum cost and expense.
? Creating new business opportunities and initiatives in order to maintain sustainable sales performance.
. Preparing monthly & yearly operation goals & targets.

Position Requirements:
? Bachelor Degree in Business Management or any other related field.
? Mini Five (5) years’ experience in the same field.
. Any professional certificate in Restaurants management, logistics, PMP or other supportive certificates is preferable.
