Job Summary:
The Tapas Chef will be solely responsible for designing, preparing, and executing a variety of small plates and tapas dishes that align with the nightclub's dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary innovation, an eye for presentation, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Menu Development:

Create and develop a diverse tapas menu that includes a range of small plates, appetizers, and shareable dishes.
Ensure the menu complements the club's beverage offerings and enhances the overall guest experience.
Regularly update the menu to incorporate seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
Food Preparation:

Prepare and cook tapas dishes to order, ensuring high quality and consistency.
Oversee the presentation and plating of dishes to maintain a visually appealing and appetizing standard.
Collaborate with the bar team to pair dishes with specific drinks and cocktails.
Kitchen Management:

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen workspace.
Monitor inventory levels and manage ingredient stock to minimize waste and ensure availability.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations, ensuring a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.

Independence and Initiative:

Work independently to manage all aspects of the kitchen operations.
Take initiative to solve problems and improve kitchen processes without direct supervision.
Manage time effectively to ensure all dishes are prepared and served promptly.
Customer Interaction:

Occasionally interact with guests to receive feedback and make adjustments to dishes as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service by accommodating special requests and dietary restrictions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Chef, preferably in a tapas or small plates concept.
Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.
Strong understanding of flavor profiles, ingredient pairings, and culinary techniques.
Excellent presentation and plating skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Ability to work independently and manage the kitchen alone.

Work Environment:
Dynamic and energetic nightclub setting.
Evening and late-night shifts are required.
