Part-Time Secretary (1 Week) In Bahrain

We are currently looking for a Part-Time Secretary for 1 week.

Preferably: Filipino Nationality

Job Description:
• Schedule appointments and meetings for the Managing Director
• Assist in preparing and providing all necessary documents, information, and reports as assigned by the Managing Director
• Take dictation and transcribe it accurately
• Perform tasks assigned by the Managing Director
• Receive and redirect calls on behalf of the Managing Director
• Attend internal meetings and take/prepare minutes
• Handle outgoing and incoming correspondence via email, letters, etc.
• Prepare and distribute correspondence
• Prepares MD’s Coffee for him and his guests as and when required
• Type and prepare letters and other correspondence
• Handle and secure confidential documents as needed
• Operate office equipment such as fax machines and printers
• Assist and perform tasks assigned by project managers, engineers, etc.
• Receive overtime application forms and obtain approval from the Managing Director

Preferred Skills:
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (fax machines, printers, etc.).
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Time Management: Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to handle unexpected situations and find solutions efficiently.
• Confidentiality: Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
