Description

Delma Marine is seeking experienced Watersports Staff and Boating Crew members to join our team. We are looking for individuals who are skilled in jetski rescue, banana ride, and other watersports activities. Candidates of any nationality are welcome to apply, but preference will be given to applicants from Sri Lanka or Nepal.

Job Title: Watersports Staff and Boating Crew Employment
Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
- Perform watersports activities such as jetski rescue, banana ride, sofa ride and other similar activities.
- Ensure the safety of guests participating in watersports activities by following proper safety protocols and guidelines.
- Maintain and inspect equipment regularly to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with any inquiries or concerns related to watersports activities.
- Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of the watersports area and equipment.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in watersports activities and boating is essential.
- Strong swimming skills and knowledge of water safety protocols.
- Certification in lifesaving, first aid, or relevant watersports training is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and handle guest interactions professionally.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays, as required.
- Candidates from Sri Lanka or Nepal are preferred.
