Description

Key Responsibilities:

1- Receive, inspect, and record all incoming deliveries of food, beverages, and non-food supplies
2- Organize and maintain the storeroom in a clean, orderly, and temperature-controlled environment
3- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with purchasing records
4- Monitor stock levels and work with the purchasing team to place orders for replenishment
5- Manage the storage and rotation of perishable items to minimize waste and spoilage
6- Maintain detailed records of all inventory transactions and storage conditions
7- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and inventory control protocols
8- Assist kitchen staff in retrieving and issuing supplies as requested
9- Identify opportunities to improve storage efficiency and inventory management
10- Communicate effectively with management and other departments on inventory-related matters

Qualifications:

1- 2-3 years of experience as a storekeeper or inventory management role, preferably in a restaurant or food service environment
2- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills with attention to detail
3- Proficiency in using inventory management software and spreadsheets
4- Knowledge of food storage best practices and compliance with health and safety regulations
5- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment
6- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams
7- High school diploma or equivalent, with additional training in inventory management preferred
8- English language required
