Looking for a salesperson to assist customers at our shop which is located on Seef mall. As a retail salesperson, you’ll guide customers through the shopping process, from the initial greeting to the final purchase.
The ideal candidate will have a knack for engaging customers. If you’re passionate about people and want to grow your customer service skills, we’d love to hear from you!

Objectives of this Role

• Deliver exceptional service to our shoppers
• Collaborate to achieve store sales goals through suggestive selling and special promotions
• Inform customers about product features and benefits, offering opinions and recommendations as appropriate
• Maintain a tidy shopping environment and welcoming atmosphere
• Represent our shop with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Treat customers with respect and courtesy

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store
• Answer customer questions and assist with requests
• Restock and organize merchandise on the sales floor

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent English verbal communication skills Arabic is plus
• Basic math skills, including the ability to give accurate change
• Friendly, professional demeanor
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior retail sales or customer service experience
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
