Roles and Responsibilities:

- Dispatch received inventory to designated zones within the warehouse, ensuring proper organization and storage.
- Assign deliveries to couriers based on zones.
- Receive and validate returns from couriers, inspecting deliveries for accuracy and damages.
- Use warehouse management systems or other relevant tools to maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and shipments.
- Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipments, such as missing or damaged items, promptly and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding inventory handling, shipping, and returns.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.


Knowledge and Skills that we are looking for:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications or training is a plus.
- Proven experience in a dispatching or similar operational role, preferably in the logistics.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with geographical areas and routes to optimize delivery plans.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations and effectively manage emergencies.
- Flexibility in working hours, as dispatching may require shift work or be on-call based.
