Description


We are looking for an Quality Health and Safety Manager for a leading restaurant group with work experience in Restaurant field only.


Roles and Responsibilities:
• To cultivate and maintain strong client relationships
• Assist the leadership team to develop, manage and monitor the QHSE
performance of the company.
• Monitor and advise on all QHSE matters, issues and concerns to ensure
Company compliance with statutory requirements, contractual
requirements and good industry practice.
• Responsible for Company’s QHSE processes and procedures to ensure
the Company maintains its accreditations (ISO22000-2018,HACCP etc.)
• Responsible for management of and liaison with QHSE auditors to
acquire/maintain the accreditations.
• Conduct audits to evaluate the effectiveness of systems and procedures,
identifying and assisting implementing improvements.
• Manage and monitor emergency procedures, signage, PPE etc.
• Report on Company’s QHSE performance to the leadership team and
statutory authorities as and when required.
• Conduct QHSE training courses using internal and external resources in
regular intervals.
• Maintain awareness of evolving industry QHSE regulations and best
practice and how they could be applied to the group Companies’
operations.
• Act as Team leader & Subject Matter Expert for QHSE matters.
• Produce further analysis and reports as may be required by the Director or
management from time to time.
• Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
• To carry out any other duties commensurate with this post as directed by
the Managing Director/Management.
• Liase with QHSE personnel of all clients and ensure adherence to their
needs of compliance.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills to constantly drive safety and quality
improvements.
• Motivates team to work together in the most efficient manner.
• Keeps track of lessons learned and shares those lessons with team
• Ability to maintain Company integrity through confidentiality and discretion.
• Ability to promote the Company at every level and every possible
opportunity.

Experience: 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar role.
