Key Responsibilities:

Engage warmly and professionally with customer and team members at all times
Follow sequence of service standards as the restaurant guidelines
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the restaurant menu to be able to describe and make suggestive selling to customers
Ensure all cleaning and side duties are completed as directed
To report all accidents or customer complaint immediately to a supervisor
Enter customer orders accurately into the POS system
Qualifications:

Prior experience in a food service environment would be an advantageous
Strong customer service skills with a positive dining experience
Ability to remain calm and professional dealing with difficult challenges
Knowledgeable in using POS systems would be an advantageous
