Job Summary:

We are seeking a young, dynamic individual to join our team as a Coffee Maker and Cake Shop Assistant. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, customer-focused, and capable of managing daily shop operations. This role involves making high-quality coffee, assisting with cake shop duties, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

#### Key Responsibilities:

- **Coffee Preparation**: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and other specialty beverages.
- **Customer Service**: Greet customers warmly, take orders, handle inquiries, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- **Shop Management**: Assist with daily operations, including opening and closing the shop, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring all equipment is in working order.
- **Sales Transactions**: Handle cash register operations, process payments, and provide accurate change.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and inform the manager of any shortages.
- **Cake Assistance**: Help with basic cake shop duties, such as packaging cakes, displaying products, and occasionally assisting with simple baking tasks.
- **Health and Safety**: Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other staff members to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction.

#### Qualifications:
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a coffee shop, bakery, or similar environment is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
