Qualifications:
* Extensive experience in business management:
* 5+ years of experience in business management, with a focus on areas such as strategic planning, development, and operations.
* Experience in managing multicultural teams.
* Deep understanding of the confectionery and coffee shop market:
* Knowledge of market trends and latest offerings in the confectionery and coffee shop industry.
* Strong understanding of consumer behaviors and needs in different countries.
* Strong analytical skills:
* Ability to assess market opportunities and identify potential risks.
* Ability to develop comprehensive and actionable business plans.
* Excellent communication skills:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
* Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including investors, employees, and customers.
* Strong leadership skills:
* Ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.
* Ability to make tough decisions under pressure.
* Experience in international expansion:
* Prior experience in opening new branches in other countries (a plus).
* Understanding of legal and regulatory compliance requirements in different countries.

Additional desired skills and experience:
* Experience in marketing and public relations.
* Experience in law and finance.
* Experience in using business management systems.
* College degree in business administration or a related field.
