Position: Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the maintenance operations of our facilities, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment upgrades.
- Develop and implement maintenance policies, procedures, and programs to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for the maintenance team.
- Develop and manage the maintenance budget, including cost control measures and procurement of necessary equipment and supplies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational performance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment maintenance history, and inventory.

Qualifications and Skills:-

1-Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field (preferred).
2-Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
3-Strong technical knowledge of various maintenance disciplines, including electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
4-Excellent leadership and team management skills.
5-Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
6-Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
7-Proficient in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and other relevant software.
