Description

As a Logistic Coordinator, you would be responsible for managing various aspects of the supply chain and logistic specifically with regard to customer satisfaction. You must be well-versed in supply management principles and practices and should respond immediately to customer questions and complaints and notifying them of any delays in the delivery schedule is essential to this position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review Customer POs/Contracts and raise work order in system
• Check the material availability status in Inventory and reserve the materials accordingly.
• Raise Local and Foreign POs to procure materials
• Manages activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met
• Oversees inventory of goods
• Maintain the books of records UpToDate
• Proper Filing of Documents to be in compliant with external and Internal Audit requirements
• Any other Ad hoc requests assigned by Management
• Coordinates with user departments and suppliers.
• Supports relevant departments with quotations for the purpose of cost calculation and projects.
• Coordinates with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
SKILLS NEEDED FOR THIS ROLE
The candidate must have good analytical and organizational skills and excellent communication skills. He/she must also have the ability to maintain attention to details and continuous improvement mind set.
CAREER LEVEL
2-4 Years Experienced Employee
EDUCATION
Minimum of bachelor’s degree in business management or supply chain management or any related fields.
