Auto Garage Mechanic Technician / Electrician Repairs

Essential Duties & Job Responsibilities:
Day-to-day responsibilities Electrician might include:
• Assessing the electrical system of a vehicle using diagnostic testing equipment.
• Using readings to diagnose faults and decide how best to repair them.
• Carrying out repairs or replacing broken parts.
• Using electrical diagrams to help find faults.
• Carrying out tests on the vehicle to ensure that it has been properly repaired.
• Discussing the work to be carried out with the customer.
• Estimating the cost of the work to be carried out and how long it is likely to take.
• Keeping records of the work that has been carried out and updating the vehicle documents.

Day-to-day responsibilities Technician might include:
• carrying out routine servicing and tuning, repairing and replacing faulty systems and components
• preparing or inspecting vehicles
• road testing vehicles you have repaired to make sure they are running properly
• going out to broken down vehicles and carrying out repairs outdoors
• using pneumatic wrenches, lathes, jacks, hoists and computerised testing equipment
• advising customers of necessary repairs and giving an estimate of cost and time.
Others day to day responsibilities:
• change battery of the cars
• change oil of the cars
• change light
• change gas of A/C
• change damages inside cars
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Auto Electrician / Technician preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of Car, understanding Repairs of cards
• Work experience in Garage at least 3 years
• Able to work independently and effectively in a team environment.
• Friendly, polite, organized and efficient.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
