*Overview*

As a freelance Real Estate Salesman/Agent, you will be responsible for representing clients in the purchase, sale, and rental of properties. Your primary goal will be to facilitate successful real estate transactions and build lasting relationships with clients.

*Responsibilities*

* Prospect for potential clients and turn them into satisfied customers.
* Understand clients' needs and offer suitable real estate solutions.
* Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties.
* Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and legal requirements.
* Coordinate property viewings, negotiations, and closing processes.
* Act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth transaction.
* Promote properties through various networking activities.
* Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding property listings and market conditions.

*Requirements*

* Proven work experience as a real estate agent or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and exceed sales targets.
* Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
* Familiarity with CRM software and other real estate tools is a plus.
