2+ year experience as a hotel receptionist or in a customer service role
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Fluency in English Arabic is prefared
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm and professional demeanor
