We are looking for an experienced and skilled Butcher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cutting, trimming, and displaying meat products while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety.

Key Responsibilities

Cut, trim, and prepare meat from large wholesale portions into steaks, chops, roasts, and other cuts according to customer requirements.

Debone, portion, and prepare different types of meat accurately and efficiently.

Weigh, wrap, label, and price meat products for sale.

Arrange and display meat products neatly in display counters and refrigerators.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the butchery, workstations, tools, and equipment.

Ensure proper storage, handling, and refrigeration of meat products to maintain freshness and quality.

Monitor meat stock and report low stock or potential wastage to the supervisor.

Follow all food safety, health, and safety procedures.

Minimize waste while ensuring accurate cutting and portion control.
