Position Overview:
As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our hotel's culinary operations, including menu development, food preparation, quality control, and kitchen management. You will lead a team of culinary professionals to deliver innovative, high-quality dishes that exceed our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute creative and diverse menus that showcase culinary excellence and cater to the preferences of our guests.
Lead and mentor a team of chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence.
Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards, as well as compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage inventory and procurement of high-quality ingredients while controlling costs and minimizing waste.
Maintain high standards of food presentation and quality through ongoing training, supervision, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute special events, banquets, and catering functions, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, culinary techniques, and emerging ingredients to continually innovate and enhance our culinary offerings.
Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and a passion for culinary excellence.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role in a high-volume, upscale culinary environment, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized culinary institution.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of culinary professionals.
Creative flair and a passion for culinary innovation, with a focus on delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
Thorough understanding of food safety and sanitation practices, as well as knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
