Position Overview:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. You will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to uphold the upkeep of our hotel premises and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
Perform repairs and troubleshoot issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and other mechanical systems.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, addressing issues efficiently and effectively.
Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment and systems as needed.
Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while carrying out maintenance tasks to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to hotel operations.
Provide support during emergency situations and participate in disaster preparedness drills as required.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role, preferably in a hospitality environment.
Strong technical skills and proficiency in performing maintenance and repair tasks across various systems and equipment.
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards relevant to maintenance operations.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
