Description

We are currently seeking an Estimation Engineer with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas field.

Responsibilities include:
- Determining the total cost of materials, equipment, utilities, and labor for construction projects.
- Researching construction documents and analyzing specifications.
- Preparing estimates for project planning, organization, and scheduling.
- Managing pre-qualification and pre-bid submissions.
- Ensuring estimates meet project goals by setting work hours, sequencing tasks, obtaining materials, and securing deals with vendors and subcontractors.
- Submitting relevant documents and budgets before bid deadlines.
- Regularly reporting to Management and keeping clients updated on project status.
- Formulating contingency plans and managing risks impacting cost and time estimates.
- Staying updated on the latest estimating technology and industry techniques.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent field.
- Extensive experience as an estimator.
- Exceptional time management, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong management and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent research, proposal writing, and oral presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and standards.
