We are looking for an QS to join our construction companies engineering team,

job description;

candidates should have ---
additional knowledge of MEP and Documentation works.
Provide guidance and review of Valuation of variations, agreement of new rates,
Issuing the Taking Over Certificates and Defects Liability Certificates.
Support site teams to ensure that contractual requirements are complied with.
Support site teams on contractual matters based on applicable Conditions of Contract.
helping to estimate costs, material quantities and project timelines

candidates should have an capacity to work independently
job roles will be for different sites but the main priority will be for our short time projects
candidates with dedicated and fully focused attitude will be appreciable
salary will be based on your experience and skills.
