We are a leading joinery factory based in Bahrain, specializing in crafting high-quality joinery products for various industries. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team.

Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled Project Manager with a strong technical background to oversee our projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of project management expertise, technical knowledge, and experience in event and exhibition projects, coupled with a sound understanding of interior design principles.

Responsibilities:
• Manage projects from initial concept through to handover, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to understand project requirements and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications, utilizing software such as AutoCAD, to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Oversee site handling and coordinate with onsite teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide technical guidance and support to production teams to ensure project requirements are met effectively.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and change orders, and maintain accurate records throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proactively identify risks and challenges and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project delays or disruptions.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in project management, preferably within the joinery, event, or exhibition industry.
• Strong technical proficiency, with the ability to interpret and understand technical drawings using software such as AutoCAD.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Sound knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques, with a keen eye for detail.
• A valid driving license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic would be an advantage.
