Description

Qualifications/Education Required:
• Cleaning experience required in a supervisory or management role
• Educated to a level of understanding the needs of a cleaning Supervisor / Manager
• To have at least 3 to 5 years Cleaning experience

Experience/Aptitude Required:
• Presentable Appearance
• Good communication skills
• Understand COSHH (Chemicals or Substances Hazardous to Health) / Colour Coding / Health & Safety etc.
• Good understanding of the Contract specification and requirements
• Excellent knowledge of the site layout – particularly the area of their duties
• Ability to recognise Supervisors and Cleaning Operatives individual needs
• Knowledge of all contract machinery and equipment usage required for their location
• Aware of contractual KPI standards for specific area of Control
• Ability to instruct subordinates in their routine cleaning objectives
