We are looking for Director of sales position to work in reputed four star hotel in Bahrain.

Responsibilities:

* Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business
objectives and needs.
* Knowledge to operate online booking sites.
* Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.
* Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
* Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
* Knowledge of how to develop client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.
* Developing and promoting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.
* Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a relevant field.
* A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
* In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices.
* Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
* Professional appearance and demeanor
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
* Fluent in Arabic, additional language skills are a plus
