We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations within the company.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
Administer employee benefit programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements
Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to employees and managers
Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure fair and consistent treatment of all employees
Conduct performance management and evaluation processes to promote employee development and engagement
Maintain employee records and HR systems accurately and confidentially
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
