Required urgently - For a fine dining/ lounge soon to open

A FB cost controller/ accountant

To manage all restaurant financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits, cost, and budgets,
in liaisons with the manager and executive chef.

Experience in reputable restaurant/ FB is a must.

A Bartender

An experienced and skillful Bartender, who can propose/ invented cocktails, has wine knowledge
and some degree of understanding coffee section is required.
