QUALIFICATION:
- MALE 35-40yrs old
- Applicant MUST be in Bahrain
- Fluent in English speaking and Writing

Offered Package:
- Salary to be discuss upon interview
- 1yr Medical Insurance
- Air Passage every 2 yrs (Expat)
- Contract 2yrs
- Work permit for Expat Employee only

Duties & Responsibilities:
-Ability to take Design concepts and prepare accurate and detailed technical drawings, shop drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software for Joinery and Fit out.
-Ensure that joinery designs comply with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
-Create detailed material schedules, including quantities and specifications for joinery + fit out components.
-Coordinate with the production team and joinery craftsmen to provide clear instructions and guidance based on the drawings and specifications.
-Conduct site visits and measurements to gather information for accurate and precise design implementation.
-Review design drawings and shop drawings to identify potential design or constructability issues and propose solutions.
-Collaborate with suppliers to select appropriate materials and hardware for joinery and fit out projects.
-Stay updated on industry trends, joinery techniques, and new materials to propose innovative and cost-effective solutions.
