A reputed Institution based in Manama is seeking to urgently recruiting a ‘’Gypsum installer + Wall painter’’.
Local transfers preferably .
Responsibilities:
Preparing walls and other surfaces before painting. Mixing and applying paints, varnishes, and sealants for a lasting finish. Covering exposed objects and surfaces. Using fillers such as putty and plaster to repair cracks.
Measures and cuts drywall panels to fit in and around specific spaces such as doors, windows, electrical outlets, and lighting fixtures. Installs drywall panels to wood or metal studs. Uses drywall compound to fill in and cover joints, screws, nails, and other imperfections.
Maintenance Technician Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of Gypsum and Painting.
Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
Physically capable and available to work overtime including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
Effective problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be well-organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
