Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Assistant Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of our F&B operations.

Responsibilities:
1- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
2- Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
3- Identify customer's needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
4- Lead the F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
5- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations

Requirements and skills:
1- Proven food and beverage management experience for at least three years
2- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
3- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
4- Communication and leadership skills
