Experienced Accountant
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain the integrity of our financial records, ensuring all transactions are accurately documented and recorded.
• Prepare comprehensive financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, with clear and concise presentation.
• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insightful reports to support informed decision-making across the organization.
• Collaborate with internal teams on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and payroll, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Coordinate logistics
• Conduct internal audits, identifying and resolving discrepancies and recommending process improvements.
• Stay abreast of current accounting regulations and best practices, adapting procedures as needed.
• Communicate financial information effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
• Able to review important documents, contracts and banking matters
• Processing of VAT

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required. CPA or CMA preferred, but not required.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in an accounting role with demonstrably strong accounting skills.
• Proficient in accounting principles and practices, including GAAP.
• Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.) essential.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
