Description

A reputed construction company in the Kingdom of Bahrain is seeking to hire a qualified and experienced IT Technician to support its head office, project sites, and IT infrastructure.

Qualifications & Requirements:
CCNA certification is mandatory.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Certification or strong practical experience in computer hardware maintenance and networking.
Cisco PBX certification or proven hands-on experience with PBX and telecommunication systems.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant IT support experience, preferably within the GCC region.
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting computers, printers, network devices, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and other IT equipment.
Experience providing IT support to both head office and construction/project sites.
Good command of English; Arabic is an added advantage.
Candidates must be locally available in Bahrain with a transferable visa preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, network devices, and other IT equipment.
Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and network connectivity.
Provide day-to-day technical support to office staff and project/site personnel.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues.
Install and maintain IT systems, applications, and peripheral devices.
Manage and support Cisco PBX, telephone, and telecommunication systems.
Assist with data backup, antivirus, system security, and IT asset management.
Coordinate IT requirements and provide technical support for construction sites and remote locations.
Ensure IT systems and equipment are properly maintained and operational.
