Looking For Cleaning Site Company Supervisor/Manager to control full cleaning division of a reputed company in Bahrain.
• Job Description:
• Oversee staff on a daily basis and briefing the staff for daily tasks
• Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence
• Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards
• Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
• Respond to customer complaints and special requests
• Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock
• Participate in large cleaning projects as required
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas
• Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all level of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner
• Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by employees and guests.
• Client handling and Marketing

Requirements:
• Work experience in a similar role especially in Cleaning Industry (GCC Experience will be an added
• With 3years Experiences in the same field to manage and run the cleaning division
• Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations
• Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products
• Excellent organizational and team management skills
