Looking for experienced head barista to work in coffee shop in saar

head barista is responsible for managing the barista team, ensuring the quality and consistency of coffee and other beverages, and providing exceptional customer service. They are also responsible for training new baristas, creating and updating drink menus, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the coffee shop.

Responsibilities:
* Manage and supervise the barista team, including scheduling shifts and assigning tasks.
* Train new baristas on coffee preparation techniques, customer service, and company policies.
* Ensure the quality and consistency of coffee and other beverages by monitoring brewing methods, espresso shots, and milk frothing.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in the coffee shop, including the bar area, seating areas, and equipment/tools.
* Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.
* Monitor inventory levels and place orders for coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
* Stay updated on industry trends, new coffee brewing techniques, and specialty beverages.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations and ensure the team follows proper sanitation procedures.
