Position: Civil Foreman
Experience: 3 Years and above
Location: Bahrain

Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily civil construction works and site activities.
• Manage and coordinate civil workers and subcontractors.
• Read and understand civil/structural drawings.
• Supervise concrete, block work, plastering, tiling, waterproofing, excavation, back filling and finishing works.
• Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Check levels, dimensions, alignment and workmanship.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, MEP teams and other trades.
• Monitor manpower, materials and daily work progress.
• Ensure proper quality, safety and housekeeping at site.
• Report site progress, material requirements and technical issues to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.
• Ensure work is completed according to the project schedule.

Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Civil Foreman.
• GCC/Bahrain experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of civil construction and finishing works.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Good leadership and manpower coordination skills.
• Candidates currently available in Bahrain are preferred.
