Position Overview: As a Female Tailor , you will play a key role in our fashion shop. Your primary responsibilities will include providing expert tailoring services, ensuring the highest quality craftsmanship, and engaging with clients to understand and fulfill their fashion needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Precision Tailoring: Take accurate measurements and execute precise alterations to craft customized garments for clients.
2. Fittings: Conduct fittings to ensure garments fit flawlessly, making necessary adjustments for comfort and style.
3. Creativity: Collaborate with clients to understand their style preferences and provide creative input to enhance the final product.
4. Quality Control: Uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship, ensuring that each garment meets our quality and design specifications.
5. Client Interaction: Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their needs and concerns with patience and expertise.
6. Up-to-Date Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest fashion trends, techniques, and fabrics to continually improve and expand your tailoring skills.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a female tailor with expertise in both traditional and contemporary tailoring methods.
2. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering garments of the highest quality.
3. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand and interpret clients' style preferences.
4. Creativity and a genuine passion for fashion and design.
5. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficiency in using tailoring equipment and tools.
