**WE ARE HIRING – FEMALE ACCOUNTANT**

We are looking for a qualified and experienced **Female Accountant** to join our team.

**Requirements & Qualifications:**
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis and reporting.
- Ability to analyze financial statements, expenses, and business performance.
- Experience in preparing financial reports and management reports.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Handle daily accounting operations and financial records.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Monitor expenses, revenues, and cash flow.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to management.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning.
