Description

Job responsibilities-
1. Managing financial records, handling administrative tasks, and providing support to the management team.
2. Drafting and typing memos, emails, and correspondence for the Tenants.
3.Coordinate with main office accounts for payment issuance of Service provider
4. Responsible for receiving, circulating, and recording all incoming and outgoing letters, and emails.
5. Ensuring quality formats are being used adequately.
6. Maintain documentation for easy traceability and proper filing (soft and hard copy).
7. Follow-up Payment for Utility and Shop Rent.
8. Receiving payment for Utility and Shop rent payments.
9. Prepare the Transmittal of payment and submit it to the Main Office
10. Handling and monitoring of Petty Cash and Management Expenses
11. Receiving incoming calls.
12. Sending emails, correspondence, and related documents for Mall events.
13. Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
14. Updating Daily Activity Report (Receivables + PDC cheques)
15. Updating SM Master List of tenants
16. Updating SM outstanding payment list
17. Timely Bank deposits of All Cheques from Tenant
18. Post the Incoming Receipts to SAP and Issue them to the Tenant
19. Preparing New and Renewal Lease Agreement
20. Updating Monthly and Yearly Activity Report
21. Executing and Issuing Monthly Rent and Utility Invoices for Tenant
22. Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
23. Make travel arrangements
24. Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and others as needed
26. Received approved quotation from supplier or contractor for payment issuance
27. Coordinate with the service provide for customer and Saar Mall complaint
28. Coordinate with the shop representative for any repair/maintenance and complaint for their shop
29. Update maintenance report
30. Update Instagram Marketing posting submitted by the tenant for their Promotion
31. Coordinate with GMI for Advertisement in LED screen
32. Prepare offer letter for potential tenant/Client
33. Coordinate with Marketing Department regarding upcoming event and send letter for sponsorship.
