Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve VoIP phone issues.
Install, configure, and maintain VoIP phone systems.

Requirements:

Proven experience in VoIP phone system troubleshooting and maintenance.
Proficiency in configuring and managing VoIP systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and part-time.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in VoIP or related field.
