URGENTLY REQUIRED COFFEE ROASTER
Candidates experienced in the similar field with a minimum of 2+years of experience
Candidate should be available in Bahrain and ready to join immediately need to apply for the positoin.

Prepare work from a daily/ weekly production plan.
 Ensure your work station is tidy and well organised.
 Ensure that coffee beans are used in date order and rotated accordingly.
 Reject and report any coffee beans that are not of the required specification.
Food, Health and Safety
Premises
 Ensure that food safety and good hygiene practice is carried out.
 Ensure that the coffee roasting room cleaning schedules are understood and
strictly adhered to.
 Ensure that the coffee roasting room is at all times well organised and tidy.
 Ensure that any change in the work place that potentially puts you, other
members of staff or the premises in danger, is reported immediately.
