Roles and Responsibilities:
• Maintain excellent rapport with existing clients, target new clients, well versed and updated with market conditions & competitors for pricing and target achievements.
• Have thorough Knowledge on the design criteria which define the requirements which the systems would be required to deliver.
• Have thorough knowledge of codes and standards.
• Understand the client requirement and give complete design and cost proposal.
• Have Strong Command on HVAC Products. All DX equipment (Ducted, package and VRF)
• Lead the desk top review of design and site measurements and verification of main HVAC equipment and components.
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to lead energy efficiency assessment projects in collaboration with other team members.
Requirements:
• 5 + years of experience in the relevant field.
• 3-5 years’ experience on sales of Chiller spare parts, AHUs, FCUs and other related HVAC equipment will add advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• CRPEP License will add advantage.
• Relevant years of Experience in Sales engineering, HVAC Systems, Service related.
• Candidate who has a Gulf/Bahrain experience and driving license shall be preferred.
• Previous experience of working on Residential/Villa projects.
• Exhaustive Technical knowledge of HVAC components, quotations, follow-up, delivery, warranty claim for DX & applied products.
• Good communication skill.
