A leading Developer & Construction Company in the Kingdom Of Bahrain seeks to employ Civil Finishing Engineers

Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the finishing phases of civil construction projects. To work closely with subcontractors and other project stakeholders to ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards, within budget, and on time.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate the finishing phases of civil construction projects that includes but not limited to Flooring, Ceilings, Walls, Doors and windows, Trim and moldings, Painting, Wallpaper Tile, Decorative details etc

Develop and implement project plans and schedules

Manage and monitor project in detail

Liaise with subcontractors and other project stakeholders

Conduct quality inspections and ensure that all work meets project specifications

Identify and resolve potential problems or delays

Maintain project records and documentation

Comply with all safety regulations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction supervision especially in finishing works

Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
