Desired Profile:

? Prior experience as a floral shop manager or similar field (SPA manager, chocolate shop Manager, etc.). Prior experience in luxury goods is strongly preferred.
? Proven track record of successful sales strategies: meeting targets & maximizing profits.
? Managed small to medium businesses in full circle that deal with short lifespan products/perishable commodities.
? Effective communication skills with customers and the team.
? Excellent leadership and teamwork skills.
? Highly creative and attentive to detail.
? Advanced decision-making and problem solving skills.
. Experience in the GCC.
? Preference: Female; European/South African/Lebanese, Located in any GCC/Middle East countries, prefer with Bahrain market experience
? Salary: BHD 1,000 to BHD 1,300 + Accommodation
